In January, Dr. G's Weight Loss opened their first franchise inside the Contour Day Spa, located in Plantation, Florida. The Contour Day Spa has been an icon for health and wellness for years. "Dr. G's Weight Loss center really compliments the wellness experience at the Contour Day Spa", says Fanit Panofsky, the owner of the Contour Day Spa. Valery Adkins, who was a Dr. G's patient, purchased the Plantation weight loss center because she knew the program worked. "We promise that losing weight with Dr. G's will be the easiest weight loss program you'll ever do. No pressure, no anxiety, no hunger – just excitement when the pounds become a distant memory", says Valery Adkins, owner of Dr. G's Weight Loss of Plantation & Hollywood. In fact, it worked so well, that her sister-in-law Jennifer Adkins became partners with Valery on the Hollywood weight loss center. Since starting the program, Valery has lost 50 lbs and Jennifer has lost 40 lbs with 7 inches off her waist.

Dr. G's Weight Loss & Wellness is a doctor supervised prescription medication plan that helps patients lose an average of 8-10 lbs per month. So, what makes Dr. G's different from the hundreds of weight loss clinics. The program consists of prescription medications that curb the patient's appetite, raise their metabolism and make them feel full much faster when eating a meal. Most weight loss clinics usually have only one appetite suppressant and many times the suppressant they offer is an herbal one, not even requiring a doctor's supervision.
